Even just 5 mindful movement moments can make a really positive difference to how you start your day.
Put the kettle on, make some space, pour your hot water into chosen beverage and while it cools to drinking temperature have a wiggle & breathe.
If you have longer you can take longer but a minute or 5-8 breaths in each pose is better than nothing.
