What's a Retreat?
A retreat provides you with a prolonged period of time with "yourself", away from the daily distractions that prevent you really finding out who you are and what you want out of life.

Why are they important?
While I truly believe that practising calm amidst chaos is the most "real-life" situation, it can be a challenge.
Children crying, partners needing your attention, the dog, emails, laundry, work . . . Life can make the quest to inner peace a little tricky.
I am offering a chance to focus on you and your needs first so you may return to your daily life with a renewed sense of self-worth, self-purpose & self-appreciation.
Diving deeper into both asana practice but also yoga philosophy, for a couple of hours each day, several healthy nourishing meals & then lots of free time to explore the local area, catch up on that book you've been meaning to read, just enjoying doing nothing . . . or more yoga!
I love to spend time with you to help you get the most out your yoga and yourself in a kind, compassionate way, finding your best self. On these retreats I will be on hand for any questions, I will have lots of resources for you to delve into at your leisure and you will begin to really feel the benefits of a daily yoga practice.
