Happy Hippy Yoga Flow

Motion is lotion and for many of us our hips & back often get a little achy, tight and tired.

Use this little sequence to help loosen up and bring a bit more awareness and strength to these areas, or use it as inspiration to build a longer practise around these poses.


Read the cues, and use the pictures for ideas but remember Yoga is about connection so spend the time CONNECTING to YOUR BODY and listening to your own cues for what feels good. Time spent on yourself is never wasted!
