I have always marvelled at the moon. She really is a beauty. Whether we notice or not the planets and rocks up there in outer-space, in particular the moon, can have a really big effect on our lives. When we begin to allow that rather than fight it life doesnt neccessarily get easier, but it becomes smoother to let yourself trasition and go with the flow of nature rather than alwasy be fighting and resisting. The moon has a pretty fixed 28 day cycle which gives us a reliable foundation to build up a routine and create some more staibility in our lives. It is my wish to fall back in line with the moon, for my own peace, but also so I may share myself more peacefully with the world. I personaly find having some accountabilty to others makes this more likely to happen, so I am hoping we can make a monthly moon-meet up around NEW MOON to move a little, sit a little, write a little and share a little. Creating a bit of a ritual for ourselves, a little time out before diving back in headfirst to the next lunar month. Whether you're an avid moony or just curious to see what all the fuss is about I welcome you to come along. You'll get out of it both what you need, and what you allow yourself to take. Each moon carries a different energy so each month will have a different theme and that will be shared with those attending. feel free to use a class pass to book in or pay via bank transfer after (email for deets) or bring cash to another class
