Join me for a wonderful half-day retreat, to nourish mind, body and soul
In a gorgeous purpose built studio, move through a thoughtful Yoga Flow, spend some time in stillness and reflection with a led relaxation and then enjoy a delicious plant-based brunch and good company, with stuning views.
Proposed schedule
10am: Welcome, tea + coffee
10:15am: Yoga Flow (suitable for all and adapted to suit those who attend)
11:30am: Guided Relaxation (Meditation + Savasana)
