Would you like to further your yoga practice?
This 5 week series is designed to take you from wherever you are (total beginner to regular practitioner of X years) to a stronger, safer more progressive practice
☀️Week 1 - The BASICS. Learn the sun salutation sequence & some key standing postures
☀️Week 2 - Working into the HIPS and seated postures
☀️Week 3 - Exploring the SHOULDERS and backbends
☀️Week 4 - Strengthening the CORE from the inside out - laying with inversions & arm balances if you wish.
☀️Week 5 - Breath-work & Meditation. Exploring the power we have to relax ourselves and find calm amidst the chaos.
All focus will be on strength & stability first, with flexibility & mobility second. Alignment is important but we are all built differently with varied natural ability and space in our bodies.
Lots of props available to ensure you get the most out of Your BODY.
This will not only help further your yoga practice if you already have one, inspire you to start one, but also really benefit any physical activity, aiding in injury prevention and management, stretching and recovery.
About 75 minutes of physical practice with 15-20 minutes relaxation to follow allowing your body to process all that it’s learnt.
Complimentary Tea & snacks after as well as a chat and chance to make any notes for your home practice.
You can join all five weeks for £100
Or pick the sessions you prefer at £22 each.
A deposit of £10 is required to secure your place
Spaces limited to 8 yogis a session
Small class size allows space to practice and more time for personal assistance.
