I will hopefully be joined in teaching on this retreat by one of my dearest friends, Nicola, who has many years practiced and much lived experience of Yoga, teaching her own beautiful classes in Brixham, Devon. We hope to be able to showcase more yoga styles and bring our complimentary energies and practices together for you to enjoy.

Our aim is to be able to spend time with you all as a group but also individually, helping to develop your understanding of Yoga, getting more confident and comfortable in your practice. It also means you'll get a chance to get to know the other people on retreat with you and maybe make some new friends.

A thoughtful blend of Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, Restorative Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness and Self-Discovery.

We may be able to explore partner & SUP yoga if the group is interested.

Home-cooked and wholesome plant-based meals to nourish your body keeping your tank full for all the yoga and adventures.

We will have the option to eat meals together at the Farmhouse table or in a more casual setting, hopefully even out in the garden.

You can be waited on but also if you want to get involved you would be most welcome.

Tea and Coffee always available.

Meal-times are  fairly flexible to suit our plans for the day.

The ROOMs:

A mix of singles, doubles and shared room options.

All good sized rooms, some en-suite, some shared bathrooms. Split between the main Farmhouse and a smaller cottage, with meals and general group gathering in the Farmhouse, Hayloft, Swimming pool or Games room.
